Case Details

This 36-year-old female is a great example of going to a slightly larger implant the second time around. She had saline implants placed 10 years prior 350 mL on the left and 325 mL on the right. Now 10 years later she decided to go to highly cohesive Allergan gummy bear silicone implants 520 mL bilaterally through the underarm. It really gave her nice fullness and avoided having to do a lift!
