Breast Implant Revision Replacement

Case Details

This is a great illustration of what can be done through the transaxillary re-approach. This patient presented with bilateral silicone gel implants from 2007, which had ruptured. We were able to go in through the under arm and using the endoscope, remove the ruptured implant, clean out any silicone remnant and replace her 450cc implants with 485cc’s. She is seen here three months post-operative.
