Breast Implant Revision Replacement

Case Details

This procedure is becoming more and more common now that we are seeing the saline implants that were used in the late 90s starting to wear out. This patient originally underwent breast augmentation at 18 years old in 2005, a year before silicone reentered the market. In surgery, the deflation was removed, and new Allergan implants placed 420cc filled to 465cc, also saline. She is a great example that saline can give a very natural look in many patients still!
