Case Details
This 30 year old woman had 425cc silicone gel implants placed in 2008, using a periareola incision. She had children after and noticed her left breast began getting tighter- mishapen, and her right breast didn’t have the fullness up top she wanted. We went to surgery and did two different capsule operations. We did a left partial capsulectomy to move the implant down and a right capsulorrhaphy to move the implant up and in, than changed her implants to a 600cc Allergan cohesive on the left and 560cc on the right. She is much happier with the cleavage and upper pole fullness now!
