Breast Implant Revision Replacement

This 32-year-old woman presented with bilateral saline implant ruptures! These had been deflated for approximately three months and her desire was now to go towards silicone and a double D cup. Her previous implants were placed through an inframammary incision, so we used that approach to place 485cc Allergan high profile gummy bear implants. Postoperatively she shows a very natural, balanced breast.
