Breast Implant Revision Replacement

Case Details

This 52-year-old female presented with above the muscle 330cc textured saline deflation which had been placed in 1999. She wanted to switch to gummy bear implants and wondered if we could somehow improve her cleavage. Because with the deflation the capsule begins to close up, I did not anticipate needing to move the capsule inward, but I did so on the left. We placed 345cc Allergan SCM on the left and 360cc SCM on the right. She now has better cleavage and better upper pole fullness.
