Laser Skin Resurfacing Recovery
Although it is a nonsurgical procedure, laser skin resurfacing may come with a small recovery period. However, unlike more invasive skin resurfacing techniques, the Fraxel Dual Laser reduces or eliminates this period for most patients.
Slight irritation, similar to a sun burn, may follow your treatment procedure, but this should subside on its own within a few days. Topical moisturizers can help reduce this sensitivity but should not be used without first consulting Dr. Corey about the efficacy and ingredients of your preferred brand.
