Breast Lift

Larger breast implants can produce a fuller look, but alone may not be enough to address ptosis (sagging) of breast tissue. Of course, the placement of your breast implants will play a role in this. Larger implants placed above the muscles in the chest require more natural tissue to provide coverage. This can, in some cases, give the appearance of a lift without the addition of mastopexy. However, as with all aspects of breast surgery, this will vary completely from woman to woman.

Breast lift surgery (mastopexy) addresses sagging breast tissue – producing a firm, perky, and more youthful look to the chest. However, depending on how much ptosis (sagging) is present, this procedure may also slightly decrease breast size.
