Here is a dramatic mommy makeover in this 40-year-old! Her goals were to get back into a bikini comfortably and go from a DD to a full C cup. Of note, she also presented with a lower lumbar curve which added to her tummy distention.

We did a Brazilian mastopexy/augmentation and abdominoplasty, placing Allergan style SCM cohesive silicone gel implants 275cc under the muscle. We did 2.5 L of liposuction from the abdomen, in and outer thighs and hips. We etched a nice muscle groove above her belly button as well. At times we have a tendency to overlook the value of liposuction in contouring the figure and it is dramatic in this patient when comparing the curve of her waist and hips postoperatively. She is back in a bikini and thrilled.

This patient shows a classic mommy makeover. We did a Brazilian mastopexy with implants 330cc bilaterally Allergan style SSM, liposuction of abdomen hips outer and inner thighs for 3100 cc out and a tummy tuck. Her breasts are up off her tummy with a great size and shape for her.

This is a very active 40 year old mother of 2 that would wear a bikini "under protest" but wanted a flatter, tighter tummy. Additionally, she wanted just a bit more fullness in the upper part of her breast to correct the "ski jump" look. I place a 270 cc saline implant (patient request) filled to 300cc above the muscle to fill out the top, lipo of the tummy and a full abdominoplasty. She stayed active after surgery with amazing results. It is a totally different body!

This 42 year old woman came from out of state to see us having lost 100 pounds after gastric bypass in 2012. She always wanted to wear a bikini and was always unhappy with the size of her breasts. She also did not like the size or shape of her right nipple. She had 5 pregnancies and presented for the classic Mommy Makeover surgery. We did a breast augmentation through the underarm with Allergan mid-range implants, 387cc on the right and 421 on the left and reduced and reshaped her right nipple. We did liposuction of the tummy and an abdominoplasty, removing 2.2 pounds of skin and she is beyond thrilled! She says she looks in the mirror and takes a minute to recognize herself!

This 49-year-old female had a lift with implants placed as well as supportive material placed years prior and multiple surgeries to try and correct capsular contracture and droop. Her right implant ended up lower than her left. She now presented unhappy three years after her last surgery. She also was unhappy with her tummy after two pregnancies. We went to surgery for a classic mommy makeover, replacing her implants with 385cc Allergan high profile gummy bear implants, suturing her capsule on the right to raise the pocket up even with the left and liposuction of the central abdomen and full tummy tuck. Nine months later she looks and feels great and the tops of her breasts are now much more even!

This 31 year old with 2 kids is a great example of a mommy makeover. She set a goal of losing weight prior to surgery and she achieved it. We did a mastopexy with 360cc saline implants, liposuction of the hips, inner and outer thighs and abdomen, with an abdominoplasty as well. Her photos are now 14 months post op.

This 47 year old woman presented for the basics of a Mommy Makeover: Breasts and Tummy. She had four pregnancies and her youngest was 20 years old. She ran marathons but did not feel comfortable wearing a bikini. She was a C cup and was looking for a bit more "fill", maybe a D. We ended up putting Allergan 270 style 10 gel implants in through the underarm as well as a tummy tuck. By one month she was back up to a 6 mile run.

39 yr. old mother of 5 kids by 5 C-sections ready to get her body back! She felt she had gone as far as she could with exercise. She decided on a full makeover and we did Liposuction of the hips, abdomen and inner thighs (for a total out of 3,200cc), a Brazilian Full Mastopexy with 510cc regular profile silicone gel implants, going from a C cup to a DD, and a Full Abdominoplasty. Quite a day. She also continued to lose a bit of weight after surgery, giving her even more of a contoured result.
