This 56-year-old female decided it was time for her mommy makeover and she desired breast augmentation, liposuction of the abdomen hips inner thighs and knees, and then a skin-only tummy tuck. Her goal was not muscle tightening so much as just getting rid of that extra skin. The recovery with skin only tummy tuck is much quicker and avoids some of the side effects of the full abdominoplasty and is becoming more popular. We placed 360cc Allergan style SRLP silicone implants through the under arm endoscopically using a Keller funnel. She feels great about her results and is even contemplating a bikini!
