Procedure: Mommy Makeover
Here is a dramatic mommy makeover in this 40-year-old! Her goals were to get back into a bikini comfortably and go from a DD to a full C cup. Of note, she also presented with a lower lumbar curve which added to her tummy distention.
We did a Brazilian mastopexy/augmentation and abdominoplasty, placing Allergan style SCM cohesive silicone gel implants 275cc under the muscle. We did 2.5 L of liposuction from the abdomen, in and outer thighs and hips. We etched a nice muscle groove above her belly button as well. At times we have a tendency to overlook the value of liposuction in contouring the figure and it is dramatic in this patient when comparing the curve of her waist and hips postoperatively. She is back in a bikini and thrilled.
