Procedure: Mommy Makeover

This 52 year old female presented looking for a full body makeover! She had saline 325 cc implants placed 10 years prior. Now, she felt like she had too much droop and was hoping to correct that and tighten her tummy as well. I felt her implants were too low and too wide and that she would do well with a little lipo of the abdomen and a full tummy tuck. In surgery, I tightened the implant pockets and changed her to 339cc Style 15 Allergan gel implants and did a Brazilian breast lift. I removed 450cc with lipo from her tummy and did a full tummy tuck. At already three months, she looks and feels great!
