Breast Augmentation

Case Details

This patient presents with just a bit less than typical breast augmentation presentation. She already had a good size breast, and her breasts have a slight outward orientation. We placed Allergan style SSM silicone gel implants 445cc through the under arm using a Keller funnel, and even with her slight breast preop variation, it is still possible to get a very natural result through the under arm using the endoscope.
