This 34-year-old female is a great example of starting with a great shape gives you a better chance at a great result! She was looking to be on the border of a C and D cup, did the rice test at home and loved around 350cc. We settled on an Allergan style SRM silicone gel implant 360cc placed endoscopically through the under arm using a Keller funnel. She has a great shape and great breast balance. And her scars are minimal!! She is thrilled!
