Breast Augmentation

Case Details

There’s 32-year-old presented with mild asymmetry preoperatively with her left breast being slightly larger and higher than her right breast. She was looking for a very full C to small D and following the rice test we settled on 360cc on the left and 375cc on the right. Allergan style SCM silicone gummy bear implants were placed endoscopically through the under arm using a Keller funnel with natural fullness and improved cleavage, shown six months after surgery.
