Breast Augmentation

Case Details

This patient had an anatomic presentation with a little more challenge. The bottom of her breasts had more of a V shape than a U shape and she had very little tissue in the cleavage area which has a tendency to keep implants separated. Even so, going through the under arm with the endoscope allowed us to open up the bottom of her breast to give her balance and more of a round shape. We used Allergan style SCM gummy bear 330cc implants, with a balanced, natural result.
