Case Details

This 39-year-old is another example of balancing the breast by using the implant to obtain adequate fullness below the nipple and not just above. This was done by going through the under arm, and using the endoscope to do a full release of the lower border of the muscle. We then used Allergan Gummy Bear style SCF silicone implants 385cc bilaterally. Even with a good size implant, it’s a very natural result!
