This young woman was looking for something in the tasteful D range and overall had a great shape with just a slight asymmetry at the bottom of her breast. Using the rice test, we settled on 405cc and she desired gummy implants, so we went with Allergan style SCM 405cc cohesive implants Placed through the under arm using the endoscope and a Keller funnel for the “no-touch technique. She has great upper pole fullness and size with still slight asymmetry at the lower pole and she is thrilled!!
