We talk frequently of the challenges in patients with a wider space between their breasts and with a leaner build. If breasts have a natural outward tilt to them, the implant must be positioned to be centered underneath the nipple but with either a wider implant or larger implant this space can be somewhat reduced. We placed in this patient Allergan 450cc style SCF high profile gummy bear implants through the under arm and even with her natural “challenges” she has a very balanced, aesthetic result!
