Case Details

This 25 year old young woman presents with one of the biggest challenges in breast augmentation. At 5’8 and 110 pounds, she is very lean and getting as natural a result as possible can be difficult. Additionally, she was hoping to get a full C cup or as close to a D cup as possible, which is also a challenge. And, to add even more, the patient was very nervous about rippling. This is the perfect example of why we are so glad that the textured anatomical highly cohesive implant is available. At surgery, I paced an Allergan Style 410 FM implant, 335cc on the right and 310cc on the left. At 7 months post op, a great result with no rippling!
