Case Details

This is a 44-year-old female who came to us claiming she has thought about this operation since puberty! She is 5’6″ and currently a 36A bra. Of note also is that this patient has bilateral inverted nipples and she desired correction for that as well. Her goal was to be a middle to full C and through the underarm approach we placed Allergan style 15 mid range 371cc implants on both sides. We also corrected her inverted nipples and here she is seven months postoperatively!!
