Case Details

This 25 year old 5′ 6 woman had been thinking about surgery for 3 years! She was interested in filling out her workout clothes but wanted a tear drop natural look. Initially she thought a full C using maybe a mid 300cc implant but after the rice test she decided on 421cc silicone under the muscle through the underarm and a D cup. Positioning the implant slightly lower gives that more teardrop look, even with a round implant.
