Case Details

This 43 year old patient is a great example of just implants being used to get a very nice result in a woman with lower set breasts that might otherwise need a lift. Allergan 371 cc style 15 silicone gel implants were placed throught the underarm, but in a bit more subglandular position, made possible by using an endoscope. Post-operatively, she shows a very natural result, with a slightly lower orientation but without the scarring of a breast lift.
