This patient at 53 years old is very active, but just had a hard time wearing more fitted clothing. She recently lost 40 pounds with diet and exercise, but still had some loose tummy skin and loss of belly button shape. She sort of hoped she could get into a bikini again! We did liposuction of her back, hips and abdomen (4000 cc out) and abdominoplasty. 6 months later she is thinking of a bikini!
