This 37-year-old woman had a tummy tuck with a slight twist. After children, her skin had stretched out quite a bit in her tummy, but she felt her muscle tone was good. In her case we did liposuction to the tummy and a skin only abdominoplasty. No muscle tightening was done, only skin and belly button. By not doing the muscle her recovery was much quicker and comfortable.
