It’s not very often, but sometimes, a skin only tummy tuck is all a patient needs. This 48-year-old woman presented with a history of abdominal surgery in her late teens that made it difficult to wear a bikini after that. She went on to have multiple C-sections, but her abdominal wall and muscles were very tight. So for her, we did a skin only tummy tuck which gave her the bikini- worthy result she wanted all those years, and a much faster recovery by not needing any muscle repair. Her photos are almost 2 years later
