This 44-year-old woman presented feeling frustrated just about her mid- section. She watched her diet and she exercised and was 5’6 and 135 pounds. But after 3 pregnancies her tummy wall was stretched out and she would wear a bikini but a very high waisted one! In surgery I just concentrated on her hips and tummy. I did 1800cc of lipo from hips, upper tummy, and an abdominoplasty. I asked how she felt about the almost hip to hip scar, but since only she, and her husband saw it, she didn’t mind at all!
