Procedure: Mommy Makeover
This 42 year old woman came from out of state to see us having lost 100 pounds after gastric bypass in 2012. She always wanted to wear a bikini and was always unhappy with the size of her breasts. She also did not like the size or shape of her right nipple. She had 5 pregnancies and presented for the classic Mommy Makeover surgery. We did a breast augmentation through the underarm with Allergan mid-range implants, 387cc on the right and 421 on the left and reduced and reshaped her right nipple. We did liposuction of the tummy and an abdominoplasty, removing 2.2 pounds of skin and she is beyond thrilled! She says she looks in the mirror and takes a minute to recognize herself!
