Mommy Makeover

This 49-year-old female was looking for the classic mommy makeover. She had saline implants placed 20 years prior (440cc) and was looking to exchange her implants for silicone while still retaining some upper pole fullness, and then lift her overlaying breast tissue up off her tummy. She was also looking for a tummy tuck to fit and feel better in her clothing and be back into a bikini.

This patient shows a classic mommy makeover. We did a Brazilian mastopexy with implants 330cc bilaterally Allergan style SSM, liposuction of abdomen hips outer and inner thighs for 3100 cc out and a tummy tuck. Her breasts are up off her tummy with a great size and shape for her.

Here is a dramatic mommy makeover in this 40-year-old! Her goals were to get back into a bikini comfortably and go from a DD to a full C cup. Of note, she also presented with a lower lumbar curve which added to her tummy distention.

This 49-year-old female had a lift with implants placed as well as supportive material placed years prior and multiple surgeries to try and correct capsular contracture and droop. Her right implant ended up lower than her left. She now presented unhappy three years after her last surgery. She also was unhappy with her tummy after two pregnancies.

This 56-year-old female decided it was time for her mommy makeover and she desired breast augmentation, liposuction of the abdomen hips inner thighs and knees, and then a skin-only tummy tuck. Her goal was not muscle tightening so much as just getting rid of that extra skin. The recovery with skin only tummy tuck is much quicker and avoids some of the side effects of the full abdominoplasty and is becoming more popular. We placed 360cc Allergan style SRLP silicone implants through the under arm endoscopically using a Keller funnel.

This is a very active 40 year old mother of 2 that would wear a bikini "under protest" but wanted a flatter, tighter tummy. Additionally, she wanted just a bit more fullness in the upper part of her breast to correct the "ski jump" look. I place a 270 cc saline implant (patient request) filled to 300cc above the muscle to fill out the top, lipo of the tummy and a full abdominoplasty. She stayed active after surgery with amazing results. It is a totally different body!

I get asked frequently after a Mommy Makeover, "how soon will I start looking good" and I think this is a great example! This 37 year old had a breast lift with implants (286cc) done in 2010 and then had twins in 2016 by C-section.

This 52 year old female presented looking for a full body makeover! She had saline 325 cc implants placed 10 years prior. Now, she felt like she had too much droop and was hoping to correct that and tighten her tummy as well. I felt her implants were too low and too wide and that she would do well with a little lipo of the abdomen and a full tummy tuck. In surgery, I tightened the implant pockets and changed her to 339cc Style 15 Allergan gel implants and did a Brazilian breast lift. I removed 450cc with lipo from her tummy and did a full tummy tuck.

This 31 year old with 2 kids is a great example of a mommy makeover. She set a goal of losing weight prior to surgery and she achieved it. We did a mastopexy with 360cc saline implants, liposuction of the hips, inner and outer thighs and abdomen, with an abdominoplasty as well. Her photos are now 14 months post op. 

This 42 year old woman came from out of state to see us having lost 100 pounds after gastric bypass in 2012. She always wanted to wear a bikini and was always unhappy with the size of her breasts. She also did not like the size or shape of her right nipple. She had 5 pregnancies and presented for the classic Mommy Makeover surgery. We did a breast augmentation through the underarm with Allergan mid-range implants, 387cc on the right and 421 on the left and reduced and reshaped her right nipple.
