Breast Implant Revision Replacement

Case Details

This patient came in for a little rebalancing of her breasts. She had saline implants placed originally in 2004 and wanted to go slightly larger. She did not have any of her old information so in these cases I take a whole roller bag full of implants, take the old ones out and measure them, and then place new ones accordingly. She had 425cc implants and I expanded her lower pole and placed Allergan style 68MP saline implants 510cc filled to 560cc on one side and 575cc on the other. I also closed her left capsule to give her a little more fullness in the upper pole. By rebalancing her it gave just a better upward tilt to her nipple and areola.
