Breast Implant Revision Replacement

Case Details

This 52 year old female presented with saline 325 cc implants placed 10 years prior. Now, she felt like she had too much droop and was hoping to correct that. I felt her implants were too low and too wide. I tightened the implant pockets and changed her to 339cc Style 15 Allergan gel implants and did a Brazilian breast lift. She is seen here at 3 months post op.
