Case Details
This patient is a great example of adjustments that can be done through the under-arm incision. Many people think that once implants are placed this way that any further surgery must be an incision on the breast. This patient had her implants placed originally through the under arm and the right implant failed to settle at the same level as the other side. She was taken back to surgery for a capsulotomy all done through the under arm using the endoscope with great results!
