5’8” 145lb. 36 B this patient desired to be a bit on the bosomy side and to have her areola reduced in size as well. We did a donut mastopexy and used sub-muscular 475cc saline implants bilaterally. This worked well to get her breast tissue off her abdomen, increase her cup size and reduce the areola size, ending up a 36D.
