Breast Donut Mastopexy

Case Details

5’3” 114 lb. 32 B, who felt that her breasts were a bit on the droopy side for not having children and yet was not ready to make the commitment to a full lift in case she did. In this case, a good compromise is a Donut mastopexy augmentation with sub-muscular 300cc silicone gel implants. Post op she is fuller on top and while she does not have the nipple elevation of a full lift, she does not have the anchor scar as well and is a Full 32 C.
