5’3” 135lb. 34 Full C with one child age 11 and she really had enough droop to qualify for a full lift and desired a full cup size. We decided on a donut mastopexy augmentation, using sub-muscular 425cc saline implants bilaterally. She ended up a full 34 D and at three months shows good elevation of her nipple and areola with her scars still healing.
