Case Details

Although I am not usually a fan of high-profile implants in a first-time breast augmentation, her breast base width diameter was only 11.5 cm and after doing the rice test she wanted 345cc. So, we settled on an Allergan style SSF silicone gel implant through the under arm with a Keller funnel. With good placement, even a high-profile implant does not have to look “too high”.
