Case Details

This young woman is a straightforward breast augmentation with 375cc Allergan style SRM silicone gel implants. It was done through the under arm with the endoscope and a Keller funnel. Her breast anatomy preoperatively was slightly wide set but even with just 375cc it can give a very natural result with very normal spacing.
