I think this result illustrates the benefit of body proportion that breast augmentation gives. Before surgery this young lady ‘s breasts were slightly wide set and slightly asymmetric in shape. It gave her figure a bit more of a straight up-and-down look. Postoperatively I think she gets a much better balance to her figure without going really big. We placed Allergan 445cc SSM implants through the underarm using the endoscope and a Keller funnel. She is thrilled!
