Case Details
This 34-year-old is a good example of how routine breast augmentation can help with asymmetry but not totally eliminate it! Preoperatively she has a higher natural breast on the left than the right, both the crease and the nipple. To make the crease more even, the implant would have to be lower on that side, but that would push the nipple up higher so many times we split the difference and accept a little leftover unevenness… The patient chose to go with Allergan saline implants 330cc filled to 360 cc on the left and 350 cc on the right, through an areolar incision and her results are six months later.
