Case Details

This 27-year-old she had a good shape but just slightly low set. This means the implants have to be very well positioned under the nipple so as to not sit too high and give a very unbalanced and downward pointing breast. Going through the under arm I placed Allergan style SRM smooth silicone gel implants 405 mL bilaterally using a Keller funnel. Of interest are her results one year later with not only a natural result but very minimal scarring hidden in a crease in the under arm.
