Patients here me speak often about obtaining a “balanced breast” and this is a great example. Her preop photo shows a lower orientation to her nipple and areola which is not where we want them to be. By positioning the implant in the right location and filling out the lower part of the breast, the nipple becomes more balanced in its position on the breast. Because of her thin skin and being 64 years old, we used an Allergan “gummy bear” style SCM 375cc implant through the under arm and this is her result eight months later.
