Case Details

This patient had a very short inferior pole at the bottom of her breast. She also had a fairly wide space and prominent breast tissue. In these cases when going through the under arm, I exit the muscle a little sooner to allow the implant to fill out the bottom of the breast. We did 400cc Allergan style SSLP silicone gel implants using the Keller funnel
