Case Details

This 37 year old woman went from a B cup to a “B minus” (as she put it) after childbirth years prior. She now wanted a much more full breast, closer to a full D. She went with Allergan 457 mid profile through the underarm, using a keller funnel. Post op pictures at 3 months show a soft result with a natural slope.
