I think it’s helpful to show all shapes and sizes of patients and breasts, and this 42 year old is a good example of more dense breast tissue with a bit of droop as well. She wanted a full breast and we did Allergan 533cc mod profile silicone gel implants through the underarm using a keller funnel.
