Breast Mastopexy

Case Details

This 52-year-old patient had implants for 23 years starting with saline implants above the muscle. She had gone through one deflation and a replacement with 405cc silicone. She eventually felt these were too heavy and now wanted to be lifted and much smaller. She decided on a small C cup and to proceed with one of the more delicate operations, in removing the implants, placing new ones under the muscle and doing a lift on top of that… all in one operation. While there is some debate, this can safely be done in one operation, placing 275cc silicone implants under the muscle with a Brazilian lift. It fits her frame and she is thrilled!
