Breast Mastopexy

Case Details

This woman had her first breast augmentation at age 25 with 250cc saline implants over the muscle. Now 38 years old, three kids later and an active tennis player, she felt that her breasts had dropped and that she had lost upper pole fullness. At surgery, we removed her old implants, put 310cc Allergen silicone gel implants under the muscle with complete muscular coverage to prevent this implant from slipping too low or back to the previous space. This was followed by a Brazilian, superior pedicure full mastopexy and 16 months later her shape is great!
