Breast Mastopexy

Case Details

This patient had undergone a lift with implants three years prior. Unfortunately, she felt too large and that her implants, being high profile and 425 cc, were too big and she still felt too droopy. We went to surgery and changed her implants to 330 cc Allergan silicone gel and did a Brazilian type lift, which specifically removes much of the droopy tissue from the bottom of her breasts. She also has a naturally occurring indentation of her lower breast bone which is somewhat common. Her results now two years later, show her breasts still up off her tummy and passing the pencil test!
