Breast Implant Revision Replacement

Case Details

This 48 year old woman was sent to me by another plastic surgeon. In 2002 she had saline implants placed over the muscle through a belly button approach. They had then developed a painfully hard Grade IV contracture. She was told by other surgeons it would be a multi-stage procedure but in one operation we removed her capsules and implants, put 325cc implants under the muscle and then performed a Brazilian lift on top of that. At 7 months post op she is pain free and thrilled!
