Case Details

This is a great example of how even with a larger implant and a little bit of relaxed breast tissue you can still get a very natural result through with the under arm endoscopic approach. This patient was looking for a larger size but preoperatively had a slight outward tilt and a slight bit of droop. After doing the rice test she decided on mid 500cc’s, so we ended up placing a 520cc Allergan style SCF on the right and 560cc on the left both through the underarm using a Keller funnel for a very natural result.
