Just a classic breast augmentation! This 26-year-old was looking for a full C-small D but did not want them sitting under her chin like some pictures! She had a very good shape before surgery, but with a slightly narrower breast diameter so and we placed Allergan style SSF high-profile implants 365cc through her under arm using an endoscope. But even high-profile implants do not have to sit too high!
